    There's a clock, and it's real

    Every lot in a sale closes at the same moment. Bid in the last two minutes and the clock adds two more, so nobody wins by sniping. When it stops, it stops.

  2. 02

    Opens at $1, no reserve

    One dollar starts it. There is no secret minimum. If one person bids a dollar and nobody else does, they own it for a dollar.

  3. 03

    Take it or leave it

    The high bid is the price. No haggling after the close, no 'would you take', no holds. Win it and you're buying it — back out and you lose the lot. Lots sell as lots — the box goes whole.

  4. 04

    Pickup only, one hour, you haul

    You get the exact address after you win. Bring a truck, bring a friend, bring straps. We don't ship, deliver, or disassemble. Miss your window and it goes to the haulers.

  5. 05

    You pay by Venmo, in the app

    Pay in the app when you win, or cash at the handoff. No card details change hands, and nothing gets released until it's settled.

  6. 06

    As-is. All of it.

    Everything sells as-is. It's used — that's why it opened at a dollar. Look it over at pickup; once it's in the truck, it's yours. No returns, no warranties, no 'it stopped working Tuesday.'
