The What Line
Call us. We'll figure out what it is.
You don't need to know the model, the brand, or the word for it. Hold it up, read out what's printed on it, and we'll do the rest.
(833) 735-5942Every day, 8am to 8pm. Free to call. No sales pitch.
It's an AI on the line.
Fair warning, and honestly a feature: the voice that answers is an AI. It's patient, it's available at 2am, and it's impossible to embarrass. It doesn't know your name, and it doesn't want it. If you'd rather reach a person, say so on the call and we'll follow up by email.
What you'll hear
Press 1 — I don't know what this is
Read out every word and number printed on it. The lens ring, the sticker under the drawer, the tag on the mattress. That's enough for us.
Press 2 — Describe it for me
Tell us what it looks like and we'll write the listing. Wood or metal. How many drawers. Where it's scratched. Honest beats flattering.
Press 3 — What's it worth?
We check what it sells for near you and tell you straight. Everything still opens at $1, no reserve.
Press 4 — Pickup day
Who's coming, when they're coming, and what to do when they knock. One hour, in and out.
Press 0 — Just talk to someone
A person. Not a robot. If we miss you, we call back.
Or leave your number. We'll call you.
Two fields. No email needed.
Sell anything. We mean anything.
Grandpa's vintage magazine collection. You know the ones. The taxidermy nobody claimed. The exercise bike that became a coat rack. The line has heard weirder, and nobody will ever know it was you. Listings are anonymous by design — no names, no profiles, no neighbors finding out. Almost anything, anyway. If it's been recalled, the line will tell you — and tell you who owes you the fix instead.
If you're calling for a parent
You can call on their behalf. Put us on speaker and we'll walk both of you through it. Nothing gets listed until they say yes, and their name never appears on the site — sellers show as "The Seller."
